Since 2001 SAJES has taken the lead in convening the entire community to march in the Annual Salute to Israel Parade in Manhattan. In 2008 more than 700 “SAJES Community Friends of Israel" from 16 area synagogues and schools participated with groups from around the country and around the world in the Annual Salute to Israel parade as we celebrated Israel @ 60!
