SAJES was pleased to host the SAJES Tribute, our annual fundraising event on May 29 at the South Huntington Jewisgh Center. Tribute 2008 was also a community-wide celebration of Israel @ 60. Our hosts for Tribute 2008 were:

Cantors Sandra Sherry Pilatsky and Richard Pilatsky received SAJES 'Derech Torah' Award for their years of dedication and commitment to Jewish education in our community.

SAJES proudly convenes the ‘SAJES Community Friends of Israel’ - hundreds of people from our area who join together each year to march in the Annual Salute to Israel Parade in Manhattan. On June 1, 700 people from 16 area synagogues and schools marched in parade 2008 in celebration of Israel @ 60. Click here for photos on the exciting Parade, 2008.
